How does your online application portal work?

The first step is to create a new account and sign up. You will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to our electronic application form. Fill out the required information on the application.

You will be contacted by Parker Place to confirm your application has been accepted. Once accepted, you can specify what style of home you are interested in.

If there is no availability for the type of style of home that you are looking for, you will be given the option of being added to our waiting list. To be added to the waitlist, you are required to fully fill out the application.
